About Eric

Born and raised in Houston, Eric Chiang has spent most of his life in the area and attended The University of Texas at Austin. His lifelong connection to both Houston and Austin give him valuable insight into the Texas real estate market and investment landscape.

Eric is known for being detail-oriented, analytical, and easy to work with, helping clients feel confident and informed throughout the process. With a practical and thoughtful approach, he focuses on finding solutions that make sense for his clients’ goals, whether they’re purchasing a home, investing, or exploring commercial opportunities.

Before transitioning into real estate, Eric built a strong background in engineering and facility management, which now informs his solutions-oriented approach to every transaction. He also brings over six years of real estate investing experience and personally manages his own rental portfolio, giving him practical insight into both residential and commercial markets. He takes pride in helping clients identify and execute strategic investment opportunities that align with their long-term financial goals.

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, Eric enjoys connecting with people from all backgrounds and staying involved in the community through local investor groups, chambers of commerce, and Lambda Phi Epsilon. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, fitness, golf, pickleball, board games, and aviation. Eric’s goal is to provide every client with a seamless experience built on trust, communication, and results.
