About Sandra

I was born in Hampton, Virginia, and have proudly called Houston home since 1978. Living here for so many years has given me a deep understanding of the city and resilience in the ever-changing real estate landscape, allowing me to stay committed and consistent through market shifts, challenges, and uncertainty while continuing to grow and serve my clients.

I’m known for being a strong communicator that is clear, responsive, and honest. I don’t shy away from tough conversations, and I make sure my clients are always informed so they can move forward with confidence. My goal is to provide transparency, build trust, and make each transaction as smooth as possible.

Before becoming a Realtor, I worked in sales with Open MRI of Houston, Zee Medical, and Life & Safety. That experience shaped my ability to truly understand client needs, navigate high-stakes decisions, and apply the psychology of sales with empathy and care. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest and most emotional decisions people make, and I take that responsibility seriously.

I’m fluent in English and have a working understanding of Bisaya (Filipino), which allows me to connect with a wider range of clients. I stay active in both my professional and personal growth through ongoing education, networking groups, wellness-focused discussions, and communication development workshops. Outside of real estate, I enjoy interests that help me guide clients in seeing the full potential of a home such as container gardening, reading, antique shopping, and interior design.

I take pride in helping clients secure homes in competitive markets while delivering personalized service and attention to detail in every transaction. Building long-term relationships that lead to repeat clients and referrals is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
