Julie Pickett is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of excellence in all she does - and the results speak for themselves.

A Top Producer every year since 2013, her attention to detail and communication skills have served her well in real estate. Clients trust her experience to navigate sometimes stressful real estate transactions with grace and aplomb. Diplomatic, and loyal to the core, she is a keen negotiator, and someone who can recognize the first signs of complication and act quickly to make things right. Her clients also adore her warm personality, her honesty and her integrity.

She makes it her business to collect all the intelligence she can about the local market in West Houston including Katy, Fulshear, Cypress and surrounding communities where she concentrates her real estate practice. She has lived, worked, played, and volunteered in the area for 20+ years. She has sold real estate from all strata of price points - luxury, re-sale, new construction, investment.

Before earning her real estate license, Julie managed a corporate legal department until 2000. That business background served her well when she decided to pursue a career in real estate in 2006. She worked as an assistant, learning all aspects of the buying and selling process, and listing foreclosures which were plentiful through 2008. Adapting to the ever-changing market, she became a full-time REALTOR® handling relocation inventory, and more traditional buyers and sellers in 2009.

When she isn’t working, Julie loves to spend time with her family, volunteering, being active and participating in many of the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene fundraisers.
